Sequence Alignments of Parasitic Plants

These alignments (in NEXUS format) can be downloaded as text files which can then be imported into phylogeny inference programs such as PAUP, MacClade, etc. These programs can export in a variety of other formats (e.g. PHYLIP, NCBR, etc.).
